My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, but after a room change, I found mine to be very clean and exactly what I paid for. The service was sooo incompetent, especially for someone with a bad back, although the housekeeping and commercial services were understandable. The location was very convenient, near a busy area with a variety of restaurants and shops. The dining experience was rushed, with no breakfast available, which was disappointing. Overall, it was an okay stay with some ups and downs.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel - the rooms were great and very comfortable, though there was a noticeable smell when you first walk in.
